Our new chef Neil joins Chef David to create a menu featuring local Exmoor produce, including cheeses, fresh vegetables and fruit, icecream and dailt products and of course, we already carry a wide range of local ciders and beers. Exmoor is home to many food producers and we want to be able to work with them to offer great food at reasonable prices.

This new dessert is a great example of using fresh local produce as it comes into season. A tangy Rhubarb fool topped with crushed pistachio is a lovely addition to our menu and bound to be popular.
